The project ClimateHouse was developed to focus on energy efficient and sustainable building. By using high standards of transparency the consumers should be allowed to follow their best interests and ask for high quality standards.

ClimateHouse is a so-called win-win project because all partners win: the consumers due to lower energy costs and higher quality of living, and the environment due to lower pollutants and CO₂ emissions.
