ClimateHouse Habitat

The ClimateHouse Habitat intends to evaluate the sustainability not only of single buildings, but the entire way of life. The new quality seal will be awarded to those examples of good planning and managing which comprise whole housing estates according to innovative, technical and strategic standards.
For a clear and extensive evaluation of sustainability to be possible, it is necessary to use standards for all areas, which are practical, verifiable and can be communicated.
Several aspects of sustainability have to be fulfilled in order to be awarded the quality seal KlimaHaus Habitat: both ecological (nature), socio-cultural (life) as well as economical (transparency).
