This category evaluates the company’s performance in increasing the “well being” of the guest (evaluation ‘human being’), especially the areas of comfort, accessibility and safety in every situation. The criteria ‘environment’ looks at the quality of the internal structure and living spaces as well as the landscape – features which have a positive impact on the well being of the guests.
