Evaluation area “Nature”

In this category the company’s performance (the hotel) will be tested in the area of climate (protection). Main criteria will be energy efficacy of the exterior wall and the total energy efficacy of the building according to the KlimaHaus Standard B (Evaluation ‘Energy’). In addition, the sustainability of the used construction material will be evaluated according to ClimateHouse Standard “nature” (evaluation “Material”). The last criteria will be the evaluation of the use of the resources “water” and “Earth”.
